Posta 09 secretary will send an email to you with a login and a password. Then you can go to the Submission site and upload your paper in a pdf file.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FINAL VERSION OF YOUR PAPER

Please, remember that the final version of the paper must be written in LaTeX using the format specified by Springer. This is mandatory, since otherwise Springer will not be able to publish your paper in the Proceedings of POSTA2009.

Springer has developed LaTeX2e macro package for a contibuted book type. Here you can find the LaTeX style: svmult.cls For an example click: author.tex, referenc.tex, figure.eps and authsamp.pdf. Detailed information is available here.

The name of the tex file must be PaperID.tex where the ID is a number you received within the submission confirmation email. Moreover, all the figures must be in eps or pdf format with names PaperIDfig1.eps, PaperIDfig2.eps, PaperIDfig3.eps, ...

Example:
for the paper 002 with two figures, the files will be: 002.tex, 002fig1.eps, 002fig2.eps

All the files have to be zipped in a file before submitted. The name of the zip file must be PaperID.zip

The invited speakers are asked to use their name instead of the ID.

The maximum number of pages of your paper with the abstract must be 8 for regular submission and invited sessions and 10 for invited talks.

Please avoid in your LaTeX code the use of newcommand or def that often conflicts with package definitions or other papers. Avoid also pstricks based packages like psfrag that are not compatible with PDFLaTeX, use preferably overpic.

Do not forget to fill the abstract field.
